Return Policy
We are committed to delivering top-notch products and exceptional service to our customers. Following the receipt of your order, we extend a 14-day return policy for any items that are either DOA (dead on arrival) or unused and still sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Please conduct a thorough inspection and testing of all products upon delivery, as the 14-day return period commences regardless of whether the items have been opened.
Regrettably, consumables such as e-juice, coils, tanks, accessories, drip tips, replacement parts, and rebuildable supplies are non-refundable.
Warranty:
​Our warranty coverage begins from the day the items are delivered. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred when sending items back to Lancaster Vapes, while we cover the shipping costs for sending replacement items back to the customer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items not covered by our warranty include e-liquids, disposable vapes, atomizers, tanks, rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, coils, or any other accessories on the device itself. Additionally, our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, excessive force (such as dropping or abuse), usage outside of recommended instructions, water damage, spillage, fire damage, cosmetic issues, or normal wear and tear.

Covered issues under our warranty include LED screen problems, charging port issues, battery malfunctions, and chip malfunctions.
As some products may have minor flaws due to manufacturing, we can only accept returns or exchanges for defective items.

Restocking Fee:
Returns or exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee, including packages that were not signed for during delivery and subsequently returned to us by the shipping courier. We can only accept returns for manufacturer-sealed items; unsealed items cannot be returned. Returns and exchanges are processed back to your original payment method. Please note that incomplete or damaged returns will not be credited, and the package will be returned to you at your expense.
Age verification is required for all packages we ship. If the carrier cannot verify your age, they will return the items to us. In such cases, final sale items are non-refundable, and eligible items will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Disposable Vapes:
Disposable vapes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Wrong or missing order items:
If there is an error in fulfilling your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. Contacting us via email at info@lancastervapes.com is the quickest method for starting claims.

Incorrectly received items must be returned to us with a prepaid return label provided by email. If the items are not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method.
Products Exchanges:
DOA items or items under warranty are eligible for exchanges only, and refunds are not offered for warranty exchanges.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting returned merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund, and depending on your bank, it may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping fees may be deducted from refunds, except in cases of our error.
Please note that return or refund requests require proof of purchase. Clearance, final sale, or "as is" items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns of atomizer tanks, rebuildable atomizers (unless DOA), mods without electrical components, battery cells, replacement parts, disposable vapes, accessories, or e-cigarette liquids.
Accidents, user errors, and misuse are not covered under our 14-day return policy, including issues such as broken glass, physical damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, and failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please fill out the form on our website to request an RMA number.
Upon receiving your RMA number, return the product(s) within 30 days, including your RMA Approval email. Pack the items securely to prevent transit damage and use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
Upon approval of your RMA, we will provide a return address for shipping the items back to us.
